"Cardiff's answer to the King's Singers"

"One of the most startling British female choirs of our age"

The mixed choir was formed specifically to record the choral works of Basil Harwood for Priory Records in March 2005.  The CD is now available for purchase directly from Priory Record.  Male singers were chosen for their experience in choral singing with females to augment the regular Vivace Singers chosen similarly.

Following its success the mixed choir have now performed and recorded extensively with the BBC National Chorus of Wales.  They are delighted to have renewed their association with Priory Records in March 2006 for a CD of the church music of John Ireland.  They are also looking forward to making their début at the Ledbury Festival on 7 July 2006 when they perform a programme of tudor music.
